HI LOVE, I'M BELA.
I grew up as a part of a Toltec Mexican lineage, so spirituality is in my blood. For a long time I hid this part of myself out of shame, but I've since learned to be so grateful for my heritage!
The truth is, I never had plans to be a healer, or a trauma specialist... I've always been a writer at heart, who loves helping others feel safe and confident. But through my family's spiritual community, this path found me. I met a psychotherapist who changed my life, and then took me under her wing.
I went from an anxious, and emotionally overwhelmed people pleaser who hid herself from the world, to a radically authentic, whole, and joyful woman...So naturally, I had to share HOW with the world.
I began training in various modalities of psychotherapy, and receiving trainings from some of the most incredible teachers on this earth, including working in an intimate 1 year training with Dr. Bessel Van Der Kolk (author of The Body Keeps the Score) and Dr. Richard Schwartz, founder of Internal Family Systems.
I've also worked intimately with indigenous teachers and honoring the lineage of anything I teach is deeply important to me.
I'm fascinated with healing & empowerment, specifically ancestral, inner child, and sexuality, because those were deep cuts of my own, as well as spiritual gift development, and I spent the previous seven years training with as many teachers as I could in these areas of study and beyond.
You could say I'm OBSESSED with learning and making information not only accessible, but also integratabtle. Because there's a difference between KNOWING something, and actually EMBODYING IT.
I'm also a big believer in a fully integrated mind, body, and spirit approach. Because when all parts of your human are incorporated, the results become exponential.
Lastly, I've learned that healing actually gets to be FUN and EMPOWERING, and my work is unique, not just because of my lineage, but because making sure my clients thrive is a responsibility I hold high. Our work together will change how you experience life forever.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- I've intimately mentored over 700 humans from over 25 countries in the last 6 years of all ages, gender, and ethnicities.
- Some of my favorite client results have been watching my clients: self-heal physical conditions including stage 4 cancer, create 6-figure businesses helping others with tools they've learned through our work, finding love, healing from CPSTD, & restoring trust + playfulness after being in an abusive cult.
- I've had over 10,000 people take courses with me.
- I'm a psychotherapist, & was trained in Mexico
- I'm a published author, and I've just signed my second book deal!
- I'm a certified level 3 family constellations practitioner
- I host global retreats a few times per year, and they're EPIC
- I'm trained in Internal Family Systems, by Dr. Richard Schwartz himself
- I trained in somatic trauma techiniques for C-PTSD with Dr. Bessel Van Der Kolk, and his somatic practitioner wife, Licia Sky
- My own spiritual gifts are closely connected to death & rebirth, connection to spirit and mediumship.
- I am a master NeuroLinguistic Programming practitioner through Transform Destiny, the most reputable subconscious mastery school.
- I'm a trained TIME techniques specialist & EFT practitioner
- I'm a certified clinical hypnotherapist, and my meditations & hypnotherapy journeys will rock your world hehe
- I've studied Toltec wisdom & shamanism extensively with the best teachers in Mexico
- I'm a Certified RYT 200 Yoga Teacher through Amrita school of yoga
- I'm a certified Reiki Master Teacher & IET Master Teacher
- I've studied Tantra & Chi Kung extensively
- I've studied intimately with the Turpo lineage from Peru
