I designed the Wonder Child Live Program after 8 years of specializing in inner child & family-wound healing.

Wonder Child is unique in that we're not just revisiting woudns from the past...rather we're empowering you to heal them with world-class tools and practices that are easy to integrate into your daily life.

Furthermore, you'll be learning to get back in touch with your inner sense of WONDER, PLAY, and PLEASURE.  

Because ultimately, your Wonder Child is that pure soul essence of you before you ever experienced trauma.

Because if you don’t heal the wounds from childhood, your wounded inner child will sabotage your adult progress and hold you back in life.

Each week, we’ll get together on a Thursday for a live transformative experience, during which you’ll be taught in depth lessons about the psychology of the inner child, followed by an experience-based healing journey to integrate the wisdom we’re learning.
 

All of our sessions incorporate subconscious, somatic, and energetic tools, and equip you with timeless tools that you can return to them time and time again.

To further encourage your integration, you’ll also be given a weekly practice to contemplate so that you genuinely internalize the concepts and experience that deep sense of calm and liberation that you’re craving through the powerful work that is reparenting yourself.

There’s a big difference between conceptualizing information (learning about it) and actually internalizing and embodying it (letting it become a part of you). This course is unique in that it was created with the careful consideration of what will ACTUALLY lead to deep integration for all of the participants who show up and decide to do the work, while also considering the busy working humans who desire support without having to sacrifice other areas of their lives.

2. Addressing Unmet Needs & Meeting your own Needs

Addressing Unmet Needs (Reparenting Your Wounds)

Did you know that most people have no idea what their unmet needs are, and even when they do, they're not sure how to heal and address them? In this session, you'll learn how to effectively discover, address, and heal your unmet needs so that you can feel complete. This session involves Family Constellation Psychotherapeutic practices and goes very deep. You'll be able to return to this practice time and time again. We'll also be working on reparenting father wounds through a deep somatic & subconscious journey.

4. Familial Systemics

Familial Systemics + Healing Generational Patterns +Unfreezing the Body

In this session you will learn the role that familial systemics play in your healing and you hurting, and how to truly break the toxic cycles in your lineage. You'll also learn how to mobilize trapped energy in your body. When trauma from childhood is left unaddressed, it ends up trapped and frozen within the body. One of the most potent ways to release this trapped, wounded inner child and access your wonder child is through reenactment work. In this session, we'll be diving deep into re-parenting and healing the mother wound as we find power through somatic practice.

5. Energetic Healing & Mastery

Nurturing Needs + Returning to Innocence, Play & Power

Now that you're an expert at discovering your unmet needs, you're going to become an expert in nurturing your needs and returning back to an innate sense of innocence, power, and subsequent bliss. Get ready to access new levels of inner peace, power and reclaim your wonder child through tools that encourage FUN, CURIOSITY and PLAY.

6. The Inner Child's Shadow

This session will teach you how to meet and be with the shadow (which includes your insecure, egoic, vain, unkind, jealous, sad, and angry, parts.) Because only through spending time getting to know your shadows can you give them what they need and heal them, as opposed to fighting them. Learn how to trust yourself through alchemizing your wounds.

7. How to Lead in your Power

Teaching the Wonder Child How to Lead

There's a new main character in town, and it's your inner wonder child x your higher self; the best possible version of you is ready to lead and now you get to learn how to allow this transition in power to happen. Get ready to feel empowered, and capable of taking the reigns of your life. A deep reclamation of power.

8. Celebration & Play

Celebration & Play are two of the most powerful ways to actually experience deep and lasting subconscious and somatic shifts. We're going to get embodied, expressed, and playful as you reconnect to that childlike wonder that keeps you radiant and light as you move through life.
